Observations

Super cold (-20 this am) sled tour out Smiley Creek. Low density snow conditions on top of the last storm layer, especially on N & NE slopes. No collapsing or cracking but observed a fair amount of wind loading evidence and widespread surface hoar forming. We continue to travel in low angle terrain given the instability and recent reports of human-triggered slides this weekend.
