Observations
Just up the street 100 yds. Saw the kids ski down the street at 9:30. Walked the dogs at 10 and saw this. Clearly triggered from below and escaped quickly. Blocks the size of small cars came down from the cornice. I’d say the kids were lucky and probably need to be tuned into the avy report before skiing above peoples homes. Their parents would shit if they saw this. I’m glad I didn’t have to do a search/ recovery.
