Observations

We traveled and skied cautiously today, sticking to slopes below 25 degrees. Our group dug two pits in different locations on an east facing slope in the Twin Bowls area. We saw results of CT12 which failed at the facet interface at the bottom of the snowpack as well as an ECTP16 which failed simultaneously at both the facet interface at the bottom of the snowpack as well as at the 12/7 buried surface hoar interface.
