We went back to Patterson Peak for a 2nd round and made this observation. While we experienced very little collapsing (I think just one I can remember) I made this observation, while there is nothing to make us believe the weak layers have gotten stronger, we are starting to behave as if they are. This served as a reminder to continue to treat the pack with the same general caution we did last week in the same location. We descended down a safe ridge with no obvious s/sys of avalanches. There was, however, plenty of wind. I submitted a few images and a video you are welcome to use.
