Comments:
There were about a dozen wet loose avalanches in very steep terrain on the south side of Warms Springs Road. Aspects ranged from NW-N-NE. Some looked to originate from about 7,000' and others at low elevations right off the road. All were D1, some gouging to as deep as ~40 cm from what I could tell. None crossed the road, most stopped mid-track.
There were a few on the north side of the road as well, these were on E-aspects with similar characteristics. Very little snow left on most SE-S-SW-W slopes here.
None reported
It snowed until about 10 AM leaving about an inch at road level. It then cleared to be mostly sunny till 11 AM.
