Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Mindset today was cautiously stepping out, avoided leeward start zones and wind effected exposed terrain. Skied one NW shot starting at 9,200'. Shaded snow quality was still very quality. One pit dug at 8,560'. WNW aspect on a 33° slope. HS 170cm. 20211211 interface found 41cm from bottom. CT30 SC down 129cm (would a DT test be better?). ECTX. Saw one avalanche (NW facing about 8,600') that didn't look very fresh (see attached photo)
