Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

A calm, cold, bluebird morning on the ridge today. Snow on northerly and easterly aspects is holding up well while some south-southwest aspects have gotten a bit crusty following these sunny days. There was some isolated surface hoar in a few protected spots at the start of the ridge but it wasn't widespread up there by any means. Plenty of rocks lurking on and just below the ridge but coverage is decent for early season once you drop in a bit.
